SubmitPilot provides automated manuscript screening and literature-based journal discovery for informational purposes. It does not conduct peer review, validate study data or analyses, certify ethics approvals, guarantee publication, or predict an editorial decision.
Journal metadata
The journal explorer uses published work metadata from OpenAlex. Its overlap index is a relative heuristic calculated from a sampled search result, not a validated measure of journal fit or probability of acceptance. Journal scope, article types, indexing, rankings, charges and publication policies must be verified using each journal's current official materials.
AI content
Claude-generated interpretations and drafts may contain errors or omit important context. Authors are responsible for verifying content, making declarations accurately, protecting confidential information, and complying with publisher policies on AI assistance and disclosure.
Open-source software
The software is supplied as an MVP without warranties. Deployments can have different settings and data practices. See the repository license for source-code permissions; hosting operators are responsible for their own terms, privacy notices and service compliance.
